About this MCC church: Milwukee MCC, is the third oldest LGBTQI organization in the City of Milwaukee, first established in 1971, and is a Vibrant, Inclusive, Progressive Community of Faith, serving and welcoming all God’s people: lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and straight, in the Greater Milwaukee area.
While we do not mandate personal beliefs, nor prescribe individual religious practice, we encourage the development of one’s own relationship with God through study, prayer, faith, and participating in the worshipping community. We urge the use of scholarship, intellect, and critical inquiry to understand the presence of God in human life.
