We celebrate our diversity in a ministry of healing, love, laugher and music. Creating programs of worship, service and justice that touch lives within and beyond our community of faith. Metropolitan Community Churches was founded with a primary ministry to the LGBTQI… Community, today we serve everyone!
Our participants come from many backgrounds and our services reflect multiple mostly Christian traditions, although we wouldn’t all call ourselves Christian. We are a people of Many Journeys. Our Sunday services feature a lot of singing with a blend of traditional and more contemporary music. Our services also include a time for community prayer, a message and communion. You don’t need to be a member or meet any other criteria to receive a piece of bread dipped in juice and a short individual prayer of blessing.
